My name is Sara Grimes and I’m PR and Marketing for AXO at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. We started using MCR two years ago and it has been nothing but helpful in terms of ease of access between chapter members. Because the site allows for everyone to have access to the chapter members phone numbers, emails, and classes, a lot less confusion is involved when people are requesting information. Also, because MCR has that visibility, my job, and I’m sure the president and VP memberships job is much easier when members ask for that information because you can just point them to MCR. Further, MCR is useful for attendance because everything is submitted electronically. Excuses are also submitted directly by the members so standards doesn’t have to do anything other than approve/deny them.
